Could not agree more re: Asheville, Birmingham and Mobile.
I think the NIMBY's in Asheville will stop anything major, unfortunately. My bet is on BHM for the next tall out of this group.
I know nothing about what's going on in Mobile, or if there is even a market there for vertical growth.
As far as Atlanta goes, we have three 20+ story buildings underway now, but there are a ton of proposals. Some people are getting a little antsy for more to break ground, like yesterday.
