Judging by this 2D model, they most certainly increase in size so don't assume I make shit up, here's proof to back it up. If the design changed and called for congruent window sizes all around, then that's a different story.
The building might end up turning into a high class piece of uninspired work, with many expensive, luxurious, and auspicious materials/cladding (ala International Gem Tower), but in the end the key word stands tall UNINSPIRED.
