There was something on one of the first pages about removing trucks from generic neighbourhoods. But no mention of it in the evaluation criteria. On that page I added a comment about removing trucks from KE, because any overall plan needs to be ranked with that as part of the evaluation criteria since it was initially the main reason Ottawa was supposed to be supportive of a bridge.
On the last page I commented on the millions of dollars that have been spent on studies with nothing to show for it.
