I'm not exactly sure what they're doing with this project, but I think there's more to this than the partial renderings we have seen. No tower crane going up yet (and doesn't look like they are even close to putting one up), but they are driving i-beams into the concrete where the sidewalk meets the street. I can't figure that one out. Are they planning on narrowing Madison?
