mmmatt, but I wonder if this news should have gone into the [Moncton] Centre thread instead. I sort of envisage the Retail thread dealing with news pertaining to Champlain Place, the Power Centres or with major retailers like the Bay or Target. Smaller neighbourhood updates I think belong in the various neighbourhood threads (IMHO).
