Well, nothing less than at least 4 supertalls currently U/C in Moscow City:
- Eurasia
- Federation
- Mercury City
- and now this 16a IBC thing
Eurasia and the Federation have been on hold for a while but they seem on a regular progress now.
There's a bunch of smaller highrises U/C too... It's just big.
