I guess CG beat out St George Utah for this project, and its a little bigger than even I had said - the 250-300 employees is for the INITIAL phase per the mayor, and the 600K SF bldg. is likely to double to 1.5 million SF within 3 years and workers will increase to about 500.
He does talk about the general site selection process in the video which is somewhat interesting.

Whatever became of the Phoenix Mart, The Electric Auto Plant, The Auto Racing Track and Facility, and the next Disneyland? Does any Casa Grande project ever really happen? i have never heard of a city have so many hyped projects that never happen. What is up with that?
