The city has released their annual construction map (link below) and "Top 10" projects for 2024.

https://london.ca/sites/default/file...ap_March24.pdf
  1. Adelaide Street North at CPR Underpass
  2. Wellington Gateway Phase 1 / Downtown Loop Phase 3 (Rapid Transit - Wellington from South St to Queens Ave)
  3. Clark's Bridge Widening (Rapid Transit - Wellington over Thames River)
  4. East London Link Phase 3 (Rapid Transit - Dundas from Egerton to McCormicks and Highbury from north of rail overpass to Oxford)
  5. Victoria Bridge Replacement (Ridout over Thames River)
  6. York Street Infrastructure Renewal (Clarence to Colbourne)
  7. Fanshawe Road and Richmond Street Intersection Improvements
  8. Sunningdale Road and Richmond Street Intersection Improvement
  9. Colonel Talbot Road Upgrades (Southdale to James St in Lambeth)
  10. Wellington Gateway Phase 3 and 4 (Rapid Transit - north of Exeter to Wilkins)

Also, these projects are not "Top 10" but I think important...
  • Adelaide St N Road Renewal (from Central to Dundas)
  • Adelaide St S Road Renewal (from south Thames River bridge to Thompson)
  • Adelaide Street Bridge Repairs (over York Street and CN rail)
  • Sanatorium Rd Road Renewal (from Riverside to Oxford)
  • Oxford Street West and Gideon Drive roundabout

These intersections will be getting new traffic signals:
  • Bryon Baseline at Lansing Avenue
  • Longwoods Road at Westdel Bourne

These intersections will be getting new pedestrian traffic signals:
  • Victoria Street at Adelaide Street North
  • Fanshawe Park Road West at Foxwood Avenue
  • Fanshawe Park Road West at Hyde Park Trail
  • Medway Park Drive at Wonderland Road North
  • Morgan Avenue at Wharncliffe Road South
  • Plane Tree Drive at Richmond Street
  • Sunningdale Road East at Canvas Way

These roads will be getting either new or enhanced cycling infrastructure:
  • Central Avenue (Richmond to Adelaide)
  • Clarke Road (connects new Wavell bike lanes to Argyle Mall)
  • Kilally Road (west end of Kilally to Sandford)
  • Riverside Drive (Wilson to Forward)
  • Ridout Street (King to Horton)
  • plus some of the earlier "Top 10" projects is also introducing new cycling infrastructure

Plus many many more construction projects (I can't list them all!)
