Couple thoughts:
1. Beirut is beautiful.
2. Doha has an impressive highrise cluster but I hate the giant dildo.
3. Kobe always looks "cozy and comfortable". Looks like a nice sized city.
4. Cartagena looks great
5. La Paz - I always forget about this city.
