I don't think 123W57 will top Nordstrom (which of course is not 1,400' but more like 1,500' - I hate when articles don't get their facts straight), but it will certainly eclipse One57.
Anyway, it's certainly encouraging news. Although Extell has some bad traits (like not delivering renderings), Barnett has proven that he doesn't mess around.
