What I don't understand is how if you build a new facility which has, lets say 30% more capacity than the current building, where in gods name those 30% more busses are going to go? The GWB and Lincoln Tunnel don't have the capacity for more busses, and the traffic in midtown is already terrible, and is only getting worse. You could build a new terminal which is able to handle 10,000 busses a day, but that doesn't do any good, if those busses just sit in traffic all day and never make it to the terminal.

But, it's the PA, so we can all be sure that they've put zero thought into that. The PA is criminally stupid.
