National Black Theatre Hall of Fame:
The Arts Council is attempting to buy this building, from the developer currently purchasing the Journal Site. According to news reports, this 1926 Independence Hall Building will become part of the National Black Theatre Hall of Fame project. Two universities will also offer community classes in the building. Very exciting!

Was there a risk of the purchasing developer destroying or otherwise ruining it? As long as they preserve that beautiful building, then go for it!
