Speaking of Rosslyn, did Mr. Rosslyn also build this 4 story building and theater as well as the hotel and annex?
Perhaps we've covered this, but at the moment I can't recall.

First you have to pawn some jewelry next door to afford the tattoo and the movie. The theater and stores are in the "old Rosslyn" - the 4-story building had been the Hotel Lindsey but had become the Rosslyn by 1893-ish when the Hart Brothers took it over (they started in the hotel biz as teenagers at Natick House with their dad, taking it over in 1894, and ran it and the Rosslyn until 1916), then about 1906 bought an adjacent 6-story hotel called the Lexington and annexed it as part of the Rosslyn. Then the brothers had the 1913 hotel built, and the 1923 annex.
