There are a lot of potentially very high-end towers in the pipeline in this immediate area:
1. Sedesco’s site.
2. Soloviev’s 57th St site
3. 625 Madison
4. 36 CPS (hopefully)
I wonder if there’s an appetite for another condo seeking $8k/sf any time soon.
