Remember that Extell has that development site at 8th & 45th street, with over one million square feet of developable space, and not a huge footprint.
Extell has stated they plan a residential/hotel tower, so there's a good possibility it will be supertall (plot was previously owned by Related which planned a 50 floor office tower). And Extell has been gobbling up additional air rights in the neighborhood, so I would expect something quite tall and prominent.
