I don't know if this is true or not, but there was a rumour at one time that NASA tested their lunar equipment there.

It seems to me that both London and Kingston gets some love for just being nice cities.
Sudbury is extremely relevant for physicists though, due to SNOLAB, so it has that going for it. Many great discoveries have been made there (like the fact that neutrinos oscillate so the deficit of electron neutrinos from fusion processes in the sun is not evidence that the sun is dying).

Once you get to the surface though, I hear Sudbury isn't great.
