Yesterday I drove by Georgia State stadium and notice construction fencing surrounding the parking lot directly across from the stadium on RDA. Construction workers were busy on the fenced in lot.
Also, all of the older, vacant building on Georgia Ave were abuzz with activity.
Somebody with a good camera should check it out.
This may just be the sleeper, we didn't see coming (so fast).
