About 4 or 5 years ago there was a 30-story glass office tower called "Museum Tower" that was planned for that block. Part of the development included a new home for the museum. It was said to be 420 feet tall.
When Stratus was bidding on the GreenWater redevelopment and showing the renderings of their proposals, they included the Museum Tower in with their plans. These are some of the renderings that were made public back then.
