Took quite a bit of digging (just the way I like it) and it appears that C. Ralph Sentney's office was at
9119 Sunset and Allan Dale's Centaur Cafe was at
9131.
Neither building is there anymore, but it looks like the house with the lattice work from the 1935 images may be the house with the two chimneys behind the parking lot.
