Philly did end the year with an increase, but I read it was the first time Philly went three consecutive years of Murders being under 300 in 50+ years. I guess that's a good thing, but with a new Mayor and new Police Commissioner, Lets hope that number goes back down.
The bad thing from the article I read was that 48% have gone unsolved.
