Sadly no. The original facade was straight up awesome when built in 1887, but by 1909 was already altered heavily. Also, it was considered one of THE ugliest atrocities in Philadelphia when it was first built. You can read the whole story

Someone definitely keeps up with the building, though. Every time I see graffiti on there, within a few days it's covered up. Maybe they're trying to sell it? It is a damn shame that it can't get going.

HAHA on street level at least, the tags on the roof upper windows and roof are at least a decade old now.
