Here's another wonderful old photograph and this one has numerous clues.

Magnificent pic!
On the left, if you look closely, there appears to be a sign on the roof of a building in the distance.
Through the ropes tethered to the balloon you can see a name(s) on the
Coca - Cola billboard.
The sign on the basket appears to be advertising a
5 & 10, although I don't see the 10
(I think the sign might be folded over or it's billowing out from the wind)
The location is on Towne Avenue. Below that is the altitude the balloon will attempt.
