Not a lovely view. Although I think they stand to make a pretty good return on their investment if Cataclaw is right, and Taschreau is leveled in that section (and a LRT is added). And I think this part of LeMoyne is not so bad. You have a grocery store, a pharmacy, a Tim Hortons, etc all a short walk from there.
