imaging the skyline from central park in 5 years when you've the central park south vornado building (probably a super tall or very near to it), this one, the steinway tower, tower verre, the nordstrom tower, and the drake hotel tower, it'll be a bit crazy to people who remember the old skyline. not hard to imagine in 2020 or 2025 a good dozen new 900ft+ towers in that part of midtown, even if prices don't stay sky high - in a nyc where you can do a super tall on a tiny 45ftx65ft parcel, the notion of consolidating numerous parcels seems pretty old school.
