But I doubt it is now top-notch office space, if anything it probably has one of the cheapest rents in downtown. I wouldn't be surprised to see it completely redeveloped in the near future or even knocked down. I don't see Genivar staying in there too long. |
The yellow-pages building. It does look much better in the above shot. I always hated this building as concordia-quartier-crap.
