Yes, people in Buenos Aires are really highly educated and friendly!! And the city, as you said, is very cosmopolitan, sometimes resembles other parts of Western Europe or of the Americas, not only Paris. US is currently the major foreign investor in Argentina. The city changed a lot in the last few years with less trade barriers and more foreign investment.


About the theaters , I showed beautiful images of the theater Colón, the largest in the city.
