You don't have to combine countries for successful multi-national infrastructure initiatives to work.
We need the Bering Straight Bridge and that gap in Panama to be fixed. An interstate quality four lane freeway across the world would be amazing and is plausible. The benefits from it would be incredible. If someone we could get a world wide freight rail network established in conjunction with this... what a dream.
