I think it's at rink level, or close to it...
Actually, St-Antoine connects to the first of the two parking levels, with another one below... The rink is then in the middle, between St-Antoine height and Canadiens Ave...
The metro is 27.1 m below St-Antoine, and is under the railway tracks so I guess there is plenty space for some foundations...
If the parking is over land instead of below, it might be due to lack of spaces, or interference with the Bell Center support beams...?
