The following site, adjacent to the E Condos/ rentals project, is being redeveloped with a 48 floor tower. This site contained a 6 and 8 floor stacked townhouse condominium development built in 1990, which for the first time in Ontario's history was voted to be sold to a developer for this project by the condominium owners. This site works in conjunction with the neighbouring E Condos site in providing a combined 16 metre walkway, and connects to the underground tunnel system which connects to Eglinton station, the local mall and other buildings nearby.
The other building on the site was a house that was used by a small school, and a part of the Bell Canada offices parking lot is being used for this development.
Here's a rendering of the site, folwed by my update of the site from two days ago, which shows the site in demolition, with the last of the condominiums coming down, and some excavation activities beginning;
