Melo Group Gets Approval To Build Aria On The Bay At 535 Feet

Melo Group received approval today from the FAA to build Aria On The Bay at 535 feet above ground.
Melo is now converting reservations in the 647-unit tower into contracts, and construction is expected to begin soon.
The 50-story project will also include 1,035 parking spaces and 40,000 square feet of commercial space.
Aria was one of four towers erroneously cited last month by the DBR, a local business tabloid, as being threatened by FAA action. Two of those have already been approved, with a decision on a third expected imminently.
