Yea I agree that area is not much to look at right now, but what is good about this project is it will transform that whole area which is badly needing it. Even residents in the area would like to see improvement. I think by next year we will see several large scale projects as well as road improvements taking shape. The good news is visitors from other countries don't have far to go to be in Downtown Austin and other more visually appealing areas of the city and county.
