There has been a change in construction on the last floor plate, from poured in place to using precast planks. Are these are replacing steel as the lengthwise structural components? In which case the yellow beams are temporary braces until the planks go in?

This isnt something I have seen on other projects, but the fact that they are a different color certainly leads me to believe they are to be removed at the appropriate time.
