no offense, but why must you always come off insulting? you'd get a lot further keeping a civil tone and backing up whatever you say with reason or sources. there are plenty of cities out that are far worse off when it comes to matters of infrastructure, government, etc.
you might find it pointless, but it's a valid statistic.
