Don-Nan to pump up Temple economy

A Midland company is building a $4 million pump manufacturing facility in Temple to capitalize on the exploration boom in West Texas and the surplus of workers from nearby Fort Hood.
Don-Nan Pump & Supply Co. plans to start construction this year on the 45,000-square-foot manufacturing, warehouse and distribution center. The facility, which would be on an 8-acre tract at the Temple Economic Development Corp.’s Enterprise Park, is scheduled to be completed by summer 2013.
