The property was sold to another developer after the site plan was approved, and they want to make sure that the development entitlements remain largely in tact.
The good news is that
the new developer wants to increase the height to 35 stories which means we should have another 400 footer.
There's something magical about 400'. Projects are being both increased and decreased in height to hit that number.
