According to the developer himself, the 50 floor version will be 175m.
That puts an average of 3.5m per floor.
He also said that there is a possibility it goes up to 57 floors, meaning
57x3.5=199.5m , which is pretty much the maximum height allowed by law on this lot.
So this building will be anywhere between 175m-200m.
