Im hoping we’re going to see a great building renovation renaissance happen in Saskatoon soon. Every single office Tower is so damn ancient here. Look at the financial banks - when is the last time they renovated any of these buildings? They’re so subpar to every other city. CIBC’s looks like a dungeon. I just went into TD’s for a card for the first time ever downtown and I was horrified that people would work there - still smells of cigarettes from the 90’s.
