I guess the strings from the flower bed to the ceiling are for training the plants.

Assuming that we're looking at an LA location, I found Coro, Inc in room 700 of the Consolidated Building at 607 S Hill Street in the 1956 CD (and the CDs until 1967). There's a load of information about the history of costume jewelry maker Coro, Inc at
