Yeah, that was pleasant surprise to all the local forum. Everything is still looking great for a serious announcement in the near future for construction. All of the vacancy and occupancy rates are trending the right direction with the new construction and growth in the CBD.
There's currently a lot of activity on the same block. The plot opposite, on the same block, other side of the new mid-block parking terrace of the pending 151 tower is under development. They're building an upscale apartment complex. I'll post a few pics in the near future.
