I do hope something similar does not come to fruition in the Sunnyside Yards development. While on a tangent, it is the largest yard in the city, and a prime spot for 1000's of units. Would be a shame to lose millions of square feet in that area when it does eventually develop (years from now). But I kinda get what antinimby is saying. But at least with HY, they made up for it by just building taller. Which I'm fine with.
