Today, Adee Plumbing and Heating occupies 5457 Angeles Mesa Drive (now Crenshaw Blvd.)

-it has two excellent vintage signs (I especially like the shape of one on the right / perhaps it's a remnant left over from the Frost & French era)
Adee's website says they have been serving Southern California since 1949.
