Its incorporation into the urban fabric is excellent. It really looks like it has been there for like 50 years. Kinda goes to the concept that architecture at times attempts to intertwine some elements of the existing neighborhood into the design. Its all part of the design attributes. For example, building a mid rise in SoHo, a good design will take elements of nearby structures, and incorporate it into it. So you can have 21st Century project look similar to one built in the 1930's, with a touch of the present.
