, its coming from Kurdistan oil reserves, there are over 50 oil companies working in Kurdistan and currently the Kurdistan government produces over 250,000 bpd.
This project is to produce 1million bpd in 2015

currently as per the pic above, an oil and gas pipeline is under construction by general energy LTD linking Kurdistan oil to the international market bypassing the iraqi oil infrastructure, the only thing linking Kurdistan and iraq is 'economy' once that is controlled via these pipelines Kurdistan will declare its independence from chaotic iraq.
