Absolutely - and cgy has one of the highest proportion of young professionals on the continent. There's a optimistic and pessimistic view to everything. My main point is you can't look at historical trends to forecast demand especially in a city like cgy which has seen dramatically different urban growth patters over the past 5 to 10 yrs. I also think we'll see another very big urban development growth cycle in a few years with the planning in place when things stabilize here and people realize this place is noticeably more affordable than places like TO/Van.
