However, there’s some changes from this rendering that really hurt it and I’m curious if/why the changes were approved at city hall.
- None of the CRUs have doors to the sidewalk. There is a single door on Westminster that I guess will provide interior access to all. Really hoping this wasn’t a change due to some institution taking the entire main floor for an office.
- Maybe they’ll somehow be added, but the building is built literally to the sidewalk, so I don’t think any of those benches or nice finishings will happen.
- The walk-ups on Maryland have stairs that face each other/sideways, making it feel much more closer off them the street-facing designs.
