post #3670. From the image above, I've marked the light-colored Stanley Apartments and the brick Winton Apartments immediately below. I've also marked what could be the palm tree from the far left of the image above. The palm tree would be near 3rd, so I'll stick with my original location guess. Despite the tanker looking familiar, I haven't found the color photo anywhere else.
