Ooops!

I did wonder why there were two separate websites for the same tower. It sounds as though the price point will be slightly less than what would have been possible with the Waldorf branding.

According to the VP at Berkshire Hathway HomeServices Georgia Properties’ CITY HAUS Division, Kerman Haynes, “Waldorf Astoria will not be involved in Midtown Atlanta’s newest condominium tower, No2 Opus Place. While developers were at one point in discussions with Waldorf Astoria, these talks ended in June 2016. Ownership elected to build a very special residential tower without a hotel component due to the strength of the condominium market in Atlanta.”

Haynes went on to say, “It was a smart move on their part given the amount of interest we received from our registration website and site signage all before the opening of the sales gallery. The ability to offer additional building services and amenities, while lowering the common charges, was another consideration that will benefit buyers at No2 Opus Place.”
