Have you even ridden the transitway? There's apartment buildings are almost every stop (okay, maybe half but still). Tunney's Pasture is more office, Lees has a bunch of buildings, Hurdman has them, South Keys/Greendboro, Billings Bridge, etc.

I rode the Transitway for a year and a half, and yes there are a few towers walking distance from the stations. But other than the Bonnavistas on Lees, I think most of them were likely built before the Transitway.
