I see infill and renovation everywhere. That said, we definitely shot ourselves in the foot when it comes to manufacturing. It doesn't help that for now generations anyone choosing the field has been frown upon by both peers and mentors.

The education system between Cologne and Toronto are night and day. Too many with useless arts degrees molding our students thinking following in their steps is the only recourse.
