I do believe they had Sally Rand do her fan dance in the 1983 film "The Right Stuff" about the Mercury Program based on the book by Tom Wolfe. When the NASA Space Center moved to Houston in the early 1960s, Sally Rand was actually one of the entertainers at the big reception for the astronauts. She reprised her act in the film about the event. She must have been close to 80, but she looked OK. Of course she was filmed from a distance and her apparently nude body was behind the fans, but she still had the moves. One of my uncles saw her act at the 1933 Chicago World's Fair that made her famous or infamous.
